Haven Shores Community Church 

  Mobile Food Pantry at Harlem Reformed Church:    Interested in serving your community?  Sign up to come to Harlem Reformed Church the first Monday of every month at 5:00 and help hand out food to those in need while sharing the love of Christ.

 

   Nursery attendant:   Children are a blessing to be cherished.  Adults and youth are needed to serve in the nursery on Sunday mornings.   A schedule is posted quarterly and volunteers rotate about every 6-8 weeks.  Please see Debi Bryant if you are interested.

 

   Children & Worship greeter:  On occasion, the leader in Children & Worship may need an extra hand in the Worship Center.   Volunteers interested in being “on call” to help out, please see Debi Bryant.   No teaching experience needed; only a love of children and Bible stories required.

  

  Sunday morning greeters:    Greeters are scheduled on a rotational basis to come to church a little early, hand out the bulletins and greet people as they come through the doors.  If your family would like to sign up, please see Hazel Measom. 

   Weekly Fellowship Snacks:   Do you have the gift of hospitality?  Perhaps you could serve by bringing snacks for fellowship time following the service on Sunday mornings.  There is a weekly sign up sheet in the gathering area.  

 

   Church clean-up and maintenance:   Tired of cleaning your own house?  Come and clean God’s house!  If you are available on occasion to clean the inside of the church, wash toys in the nursery or  perform some light maintenance inside or outside of the building, please see Hazel Measom and let her know how you might be available to serve.

 

   Youth Group:   Passionate about leading youth to Christ?  Talk to Jason Fulkerson or Pastor Miguel and find out what opportunities are available to get involved with Youth Group.

 

   Sound Board and Easy Worship operators:   Are you technically gifted or interested in learning how to run the sound board or the Easy Worship presentation on Sunday morning?   Talk to Mike or Laura Norman to get plugged in.

 

   Praise Team:   If you have musical gifts that you would like to share, our Sunday morning Praise Team welcomes new voices and instrumentation.  Please see Dave Driver if interested.

 

   “Time Out” (Activities Committee):   Love to throw parties and plan social gatherings?  Then you should get involved with the Time Out group.  They host 4-5 fellowship events each year and could use some extra help for one or more events.  See Laura Norman for more information.
